Cancellation and Rescheduling Policies

Half-price

Half-price tickets are sold exclusively at the park's physical box office, upon presentation of valid documentation. There is no pre-purchase for this modality

Half price and free admission (detailed - all in person, at the box office)

• Student: 50% off, box office only, on the day of the visit — valid ID or school declaration + photo document
• Child up to 1 meter: free (measurement on site)
• Child from 1m to 5 years old: discounted price, box office only
• 65 years or older: free of charge, at the preferred ratchet counter, with a photo document
• State school teacher in São Paulo: 50% off, with a payroll
• None of these modalities go through the pre-sale channel (site/central)

Cancellation

Cancellations can be requested up to 7 (seven) calendar days from the confirmation of the purchase, in accordance with article 49 of the Consumer Protection Code. By e-mail sac@planne.com.br or by the Sales Center +55 (54)

• Cancellation is made by full transaction, with the exception of partial return of items
• After the deadline of 7 calendar days, there is no cancellation.

Rescheduling

General rule: rescheduling must be requested up to 24 hours in advance of the reservation date. Each case will be analyzed individually.

Passport already validated/partial use

• No chargeback or refund after validation at the turnstice
• No refund for additional services already used, even partially
• Non-transferable — linked to the holder's number, without transfer/resale

Rain/weather

• General rule: no refund for rain, wind, or cold
• Exception: uninterrupted rain of 3h+ during the visit → 1 Vendinovu Passport for a new expiry date
• Not applicable to exclusive events

PCD — Code Blue Program

• Single with online pre-registration flow, 5 days in advance, free of charge granted only when pre-registered directly on the official Hopi Hari website;
• Free for the holder + 50% discount for 1 companion
• Accepted documents: medical report, RG PCD, CIN PCD or certificate from the INSS (CNH is not accepted)
• Disorders such as anxiety, depression, or ADHD do not qualify as disability for this purpose

General ticket terms

• Personal and non-transferable - linked to the full name and social security number of the purchaser; cannot be assigned, transferred, resold, or used by third parties
• In orders with more than one ticket, the holder is responsible for correctly identifying the other visitors and for the veracity of the data
• The owner must be present at the entrance to the park
• Valid only for the date chosen at the time of purchase - there is no rescheduling outside the flow agreed above
• If not used on the scheduled date, it loses its validity, without the right to a refund
• At the entrance: original identification document with photo + credit card used for the purchase (or proof, if PIX/Boleto; or virtual card in the app)

Opening hours: Thursday to Monday, from 11 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. (closed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays). In special seasons (e.g. Horror Hour), extended until 8:30 p.m.
